Our community is about finding the wonder, magic, and AWE in everyday living through embodied presence. It’s about living an authentic, empowered, soulful life.
These practices combine breath, embodied awareness, integrative yoga and movement approaches. Where the practical meets the mystical, we cultivate ourself through a dedicated practice that helps discern blind spots in our bodies and lives. Through inquiry, curiosity, and a map to help us traverse the terrain of our lives, we can navigate the personal waters of our own narrative more efficiently, effectively, and mindfully. We are participants in this universal dialogue, not separate from it: we move through ourselves, with ourselves, in order to understand ourselves more deeply. Classes are influenced by Iyengar, Katonah Yoga, FRC, science-backed mobility, active stretching, and somatic therapies.

Diana has teaching and working with clients for over 11 years to facilitate empowerment, personal growth, and life optimization. She is passionate about healing our relationship with ourselves, each other, and our communities. Diana has been a movement enthusiast her entire life, and has personally experienced profound transformation through yoga, somatic therapy and embodiment work. She utilizes an integrated approach to support client’s goals.
